truth is, WE ARE ten pound heavier.....AGHHHH!as those of you who know me will agree, spring has always been my favorite time of the year. i probably have more easter decorations than christmas ones, and i used to go all out when it came to being the "easter bunny!" sadly, all my "stuff" has to remain in storage for awhile...so i can simply look forward to future springtimes when our grandkids can join us for easter egg hunts on the beach!!! i can't wait!! for now, we will just enjoy the beautiful green hillsides, the brightly colored flowers, and the baby animals in the fields along the road.
marc and i have decided that tomorrow (march 14th) we are going on a diet! we simply CANNOT continue eating everything that looks good, or out of boredom, or because we miss "home". voila! (and for those of you who know marc, he is totally dragging his feet on this!) but we both know that it will improve not only how we look, but even more how we feel. spring is a great time for starting something new, and so by announcing it in this blog, it will help us be committed to our goal! (marc is sleeping and snoring as i write this....ssshhhhh.)

I am so glad that it is Spring too! I wish we were together to dye easter eggs and I wish we were able to do easter egg hunts together (you were always SOOO good at that!)...hopefully we'll be able to do it someday! You look great mom, but I know how it is..not being able to exercise must be driving you crazy! Good luck on the diet guys!
