yes karl, we know you prefer to pee by a palm treeinstead of tumble weeds, cactus, or a light post.

when we've been gone and return to the truck, he always "greets us" with his favorite toy. he greeted me with that
same toy when i first saw him 7 years ago!
marc is teaching karl to drive....sort of a "male bonding" thing. (they also enjoy eating the same foods......MEAT.)
we knew we shouldn't get too accustomed to the southern cal weather...it was nice, but now we're on our way back to the east coast.....new jersey (or as they say it, "new joysey"!) so far i have been driving from about 5am to 5pm, and marc drives the night shift. we've been thinking that we could ease our tight schedule a bit if we taught karl to drive! he does so well in the truck, and thinks it's "his" anyway.

oh how cute! i love the "male bonding"- i am glad that he is such a good dog on the road!! and i prefer to pee next to palm trees, too.
i hope you guys are able to stop in Nashville for a bit! you guys definitely need a break! miss you both.
