ok, so first we learn to pick up the coffee cup, takea sip. and put it back in the cup holder.....NO swerving!
next, a demonstration on getting food to your mouth,again, while looking in mirrors and staying on the road.
my problem: can't hold the cup AND steering wheelAND feed myself.
i kept trying.....finally ended up "drinking" my oatmeal!
after spilling it down the front of my sweater,marc made me "clean it off" with the spoon.
wow....he makes it look sooooo easy!
ok, so i had NO IDEA that being a driver involved so many skills! first, you must be able to start the big truck, make it go and keep it on the asphalt! but there is SO much more...watching out for all the "crazies" driving little cars and trucks, as well as weather issues, low overpasses (that is another story....to be told in a later blog) and last but not least, MULTI-TASKING while you drive. marc is trying to teach me how to eat, drink, use the phone, talk on the cb, and read the damned map while driving! this is totally advanced stuff for me. i'm not ready for the REALLY hard stuff, like finding a radio station or putting in a cd!

ha, I am still giggling about the front of the shirt spill! Ah geez. I know that I couldn't do it either! I am sure a few more times practicing and you will be a pro like Marc. Looks like you guys are at least having a few good laughs! Love you guys!
i can barely put on my makeup, drink a stiff martini AND drive at the same time! you guys are total PROS!
